January is historically a low month for me. It’s dreary and dark and COLD. But, I’ve found that counting the wins and celebrating the little victories helps me see past the funk.

Essentialism and The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up–The books have put a little fire back in my belly. They help me remember that simple is good and that there is power in less. I’d highly recommend Essentialism, but feel like only get Tidying Up if you can get it for $5 or so!
Honest Co. Sugar and Salt Scrub–This is amazing for dry skin in the winter time. I love everything I’ve tried from Honest Co. (except for the DHA/Omega 3 supplements…which made my belly feel fishy)
