simple boho fall basics 2014

I feel my best when I’m dressing a little boho. I like to dress like a fancy, modern art teacher. Call it art-teacher chic, if you will.

These are the things I’m choosing for my fall wardrobe. I’m mixing in a pair of black skinnies, some cardigans, a few jackets, and a chambray shirt I already have to round it all out.

Because I’m growing more and more concerned with the way clothing is made, I’ve made sure that these garments pass the “sniff test” in knowing who makes it and how it’s made. Most of these pieces are actually made in the USA!

Cashmere Slouchy Sweater

Leather-like Leggings

Dark Denim Skinnies  ((edited to fix this link to the Made in US pair pictured above…it previously linked to a pair made off-shore on accident! see comment below!))

Langley Drape Tank (wearing this top at this moment and wish I had 5 more!)

HDH Basics Dress

Skargorn #61 T (my fave T of all time, I have 3 I bought on major sale–although mine are made in the US and this says imported…so, make your best decision!)

Silk Pointed Collar Blouse

It’s nice to be able to pick something out of your closet, know it goes with anything and know it was produced on the up-and-up! I wish all of my life were so simple.
