Thank you for rallying around Diana, Sam, and Bella in prayer for their sweet boy Kaden. I’m heartbroken to tell you that he passed yesterday into Glory. It’s confusing to know how to proceed, but I wanted to point you to the devotional site that Diana and I write for She Reads Truth for a more formal statement. We are going to be starting the book of Daniel on She Reads Truth soon–and I pray that we read back the words we had already written and see God’s goodness in new and fresh ways.
Diana has lived her private grief in a really beautiful, public way since the sudden loss of her twin boys in May of last year. She has written honestly from the depths of the hard places and has ministered to thousands of people in the process. I don’t know the future of her public life, writing, and ministry–but I know that the She Reads Truth, Influence, and greater online community in resolute in holding her up when she can’t do it herself.
I’d ask that you continue to pray for the Stone family and if you feel led, you can contribute to this fund that will help offset the costs associated with caring for and then saying goodbye to their sweet boy.
