I’m Currently…
Watching…my sweetest Eli nap peacefully just inches from me. I’m absolutely smitten with this bendy little bundle and I am soaking up every bit of baby he’ll allow.
Enjoying…Bread and Wine. Shauna speaks the language of youngish women I know. She puts words to things we know to be true and have experienced or longed to experience.
Planning…a TinyNap (Jessi and my tongue and cheek name for our partnership) reunion for tomorrow. Eli and I are going up to visit Jessi, Nick, Cannon, and the rest of the Connolly crew. After we love on each other for a little while and swap our sweet babies for some snuggles, we’re planning to dream up some new dreams for the Influence Network.
Excited for…a haircut on Tuesday. I have a personal rule (after 1 very bad hormone fueled decision) that I’m not allowed to get more than a trim while pregnant. So, Tuesday I get to go in for a new style!
Cooking…nothing! We’re still being so overly/incredibly/wonderfully blessed with meals from our friends and family. If you have a friend with a new baby, be a darling and setup a meal-delivery plan for them! It not only is so nice to not have to worry about cooking…but it also means you don’t have to do a big grocery shop (which saves incredibly valuable time and money for the new family!).
Pinning…delicious recipes! Because of my blessed time away from the kitchen, I’m crazy excited to get back in there and cook for my family. My visit to Shauna’s house (for Influence Network business) and hearing/witnessing her love for serving her loved ones with food also is stoking this fire.
Inspired by…memory keeping in all it’s shapes and forms. Scrapbooking, memoir, film, photography…I’m currently so inspired by the ways people have documented their lives for ages. I’m trying to figure out the best way to capture our family’s stories.

Have you checked out project life?? It’s my favorite memory keeping method. My husband calls it lazy scrapbooking. But it’s so easy to keep on top of each week. Becky Higgins is the creator but a couple blogs I get inspiration from are Ali Edwards and elise joy blaha.
