i just love most everything tsh puts out (i know it was not tsh’s article, but you know what i mean!).
Thanks for sharing the mentoring post. I’ve been struggling with how to go about asking someone to mentor me.
i have had a lot of success (both as the mentor and mentee) just asking and then letting the mentor pick the terms of the relationship. it shows them the interest, but it allows them to give what they can without over committing.
